Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja (LCP) leaves have been widely employed in food and traditional medicine for treating hyperlipidaemia its complications, possibly owing to their antioxidant properties. The aim of the present study is identify chemical ingredients extracts from LCP by using UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap-MS/MS-based molecular networking, a very recent useful tool annotation constituents mixtures. extraction conditions were optimised single-factor analysis response surface methodology (RSM). methanol concentration 32%, liquid-to-solid ratio 0.4 ml/mg, an temperature 25°C, time 32 min. Under these conditions, yield was 516.20 ± 28.52 μmol TE/ml. main active antioxidants identified UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS-based networking. In total, 42 compounds identified, including 20 flavonoids, 16 quinic acid derivatives, 4 caffeoyl 2 coumaroyl derivatives. findings work suggest that could be suitable source natural compounds, which might applicable development potential pharmaceutical drugs targeting diseases related oxidative stress.
